Granola
1/2 cup flaxseed soaked in 1 cup water overnight
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp honey (optional)
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
To add later:
1/2 cup died cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Actions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F/185C.
2. Warm up the peanut butter and honey to make a liquid.
3. Add the soaked flaxseed. oats, salt and cinnamon. Mix.
4. Place mix on a baking sheet (for easier clean up place baking paper on the sheet)
5. Bake for 1 hour stirring the mix every 20 min.
6. Add the cranberries and pumpkin seeds and bake for another 15 minutes
7. When the mix looks crispy, take out and let cool. (All ovens have a mind of their own so be flexible with timing!)
