Hobenkook: (Image 2) You HAVE to have the half chicken. It feeds a family but worth it.
Yaku: Peruvian Mexican fusion. The combo you never knew you needed.
Ono or Go by Steffen Henssler: Great sushi. Not cheap but great quality.
Zipang: Small and delicate Japanese food. 5 course tasting menu for 54 Euros.
The North
Barenkrug: (Image 3) In Molfsee. If ever in the area, go. The food is delicious and the chef super hands on attending guests.
Fischdeel: (Image 4) In Eckenforde. In the “back streets” of the town you will find this gem serving a variety of fish dishes.
Hafenkuche: In Flensburg. A few dishes made well. I chose a vegan dish and it was hearty and flavorful.
